Hawa Mahal

Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds, is a stunning architectural marvel located in the heart of Jaipur, India. Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, this five-story palace is made of red and pink sandstone and boasts 953 intricately carved windows and balconies. The palace was designed to allow the royal ladies to observe the daily life and processions of the city without being seen themselves. Hawa Mahal is a popular destination for photographers due to its unique architecture and intricate details. Some of the best photography locations include the rooftop terrace, the inner courtyard, and the various balconies and windows that offer stunning views of the city.
